* New upstream release (LP: #358483)
- Updated COPYING files to include both LGPL-2.1 and LGPL-3 versions
* debian/patches/01_libindicate_0_1_5.patch:
- Removed, it is merged upstream now
* debian/rules:
- Install the examples in /usr/share/doc/python-indicate/examples
