@Jorrit: Thanks, this is helpful, but it would be nice to get the full apt.log and main.log to figure out what packages were installed before the upgrade and the full resolver log (e.g. why libgnome2-0 was not marked for upgrade earlier). Is its ok to mail the logs to me personally?
