Examples for how to use the new/correct trigger-values (-1, 101) take a
look at the icon-value example (C, Python, C#) in the notify-
osd/examples. This is mainly of concern to the patch for gnome-settings-
daemon.

Bug description:
The "overshoot" animation is triggered every time when the volume or brightness 
is set to 100%, also when muting/unmuting. It should only be displayed if the 
user hits the "volume up" key *after* the volume reached 100%, or the 
"brighter" key *after* the brightness reaches 100%.
