Can you describe the circumstances more detailed ... what kind of
notification (e.g. IM, network-status, volume/brightness-indicator). Do
you run under a composited environment or not? Does this happen every
time? Can you easily reproduce this behaviour? If so, please report the
needed steps to do so.

Bug description:
Bubble closes very quckly. Sometimes i can't even see it.
My Ubuntu was upgraded from 8.10 to 9.04.
