The same bug seems to be occuring under kubuntu using pidgin tray icon so it might be related to pidgin instead of indicator-applet Do this problem only occur with firefox ? Because under kubuntu this bug is also present when others windows are in foreground (dolphin, konsole, kate, keepassx, ...)
