I have seen in the past discussions on how to up date the IOTA data base. Just received a card from NA-213, Dauphin Island, Alabama. and would like to include it in my IOTA award files. I downloaded a supposed update of the IOTA Files from ON4AOIs' web site but I can't get it to unzip due to some strange password system that I don't fully understand.
