[Dx4win] Setup w/ a 706 MK II G using DX4WIN

Hi,

I will once again request any assistance from anyone familiar with the
above.
Is there anyone that can advise me on the setup steps for the radio and
dx4win? I am using this w/ a laptop for portability.
