I have been using Buckmaster for several years, and find it actually better than RAC for stateside calls. Buckmaster seems to trace upgrades/changes for three or more calls, but with RAC you're lucky to get one upgrade registered.
The problem has been with DX calls, since, according to the owner of Buckmaster, RAC has had "exclusive arrangements" with some countries and others, like Buckmaster or QRZ, couldn't get info from the issuing government agencies. Perhaps that will now change since RAC is going out of business. 73, Dick, W2YE --- StripMime Report -- processed MIME parts --- multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html The reason this message is shown is because the post was in HTML or had an attachment.
