David,

Depends who you ask, but I came to the conclusion that the SWL
wants confirmation from you, not who you worked. The station(s) 
worked information helps to locate a QSO that you can use to supply
the necessary info for the SWL, but the callsign does not need to be
printed on the SWL label..
