Currently on the tigerdirect.com web site, PNY Premium 256MB PC133/100 SDRAM 32x64 168 Pin Memory is $39.99, up from a low of about $30. 256 meg of 266 MHz DDR memory is $80.99. Both prices are absurdly low compared with just a year ago, though not at their historic lows.
