In a bold move, I did what you did and set 18 flags. I see 2 options: 1. Go to the QSO - click in the DXCC - MIxed box, and a drop-down arrow will appear, and you can change it back to "--". Save the change. Do this for each QSO.
OR 2. Go to Reports|Change Award Flags. Then click the drop-down arrow to set award to DXCC Mixed. "Clear Submitted" will appear in the next field down. Click CHANGE. The Flags Cleared will confirm the number of flags cleared. Save your log. That should do it!
