[Dx4win] Unmarking/Changing a QSO for DXCC Credit or Submission

How do I do this?

I have a couple that I'll never get a card or credit for (HV3SJ, for 
example, where the QSL mgr is a SK and the logs are apparently gone), 
and others that DX4Win counts for DXCC submission where I've sent in 
the card from a different station.
