Does your web browser work or you email from the same computer?

I seriously doubt that the problem is related to DX4Win and a reinstall
won't make any difference.

What is the Operating system?

You also might have to open up all OUTBOUND ports on the firewall for TCP
communication.  Specifically, you can try and open up just 41112 (outbound)
or port 23 (outbound).

After you do that see if you can connect to my DX Cluster (VA3MW).
