The other concern I have is whether there is a problem with either the System date or the date as stored in the records. The reason I suggest zero is I believe that this will ignore the dates... and the stations should showed worked or mailed status, even if there is an issue with either of the dates. If this works, then an appropriate cutoff should be entered... 1830 (5 years) is about the max for any hope of getting a card I would think.
