It's not easy, but it's doable.  I have done this several times to enter state
QSO party logs into Writelog using the ADIF format.

All you have to do is edit the ADIF file exported from DX4WIN, and
intelligently change the "Notes" field to a "Frequency" field and change the
KHz freq. to MHz.  I have done this using a text editor with macro capability
(EMACS) and it only takes a few minutes.
