Gang, I got it figured out last night. I went to page 112 in the book, followed the directions and now have that country on my list.
I either deleted it somehow, or it was not there. I have no idea why; but, it was not there. I now have it in there and appreciate all the help. By the way, I did spell it correctly as the Sovereign Order of Malta, not the Soviet.... I caught that early on and corrected it. Sorry for all the trouble and bandwidth. I then rebooted and woila! it worked. I am guessing there was a glich in the drivers and that has solved it. I have it working now and hopefully that takes care of the problem. Yes, all of the other programs I ran with it, i.e. Word, etc ran fine and did not have any problems. It was only when I went to print out labels from the DX4WIN program or any of the reports. I kept getting the same error message. I am hoping the problem is corrected.
