Have done this OK for IOTA logs; I think you use the standard log format in TR, which is a binary file (the menu in DX4WIN suggests it is a .BIN file; but I think it is actually the .LOG file). Have done this for 3 years worth of MD4K logs from IOTA:
Open the log you want to import the TR file into. In FILE menu, chose Import/Export In Import/Export dialog box, scroll down to N6TR; select appropriate file you wish to import, highlight it. In this window, select FILE, IMPORT. Navigate to the TR file, then press OPEN.
