I am using a HP Lazer printer and I have to stop, shut down, reboot (cold boot) and then it works for a while. After I print some labels it locks up the program and I have to shut the program down again and it goes into shock. I cannot find it on the countries list and am thinking I will have to add that country. It was not on the list. I went through the book and it worked just fine. My country list did not have the 1A0 on the list. That was my original problem, and I could not figure out how to get credit for it. Thanks Again! Just type 1A0 in the prefix box, and you should have it. Or put the cursor in the prefix box and hit the F1 key. Then S-O-V should be enough to get you to it. What printer do you have, and are you using the latest drivers, or ones supplied with Windows?
