I've solved -MY- problem with getting the call look-up window to update with each new log entry. All I had to do is read the book ... sorry for the bandwidth.
I'd just upgraded to 6.03 and had assumed all my settings would remain from 6.02. 73! You did a Control P and out came your label. I see now the latest version of the RAC has several different options of printing labels, ASCII, Windows, and General.
