If you sort by time, only the most recent spot for the given band and mode are saved. Newer spots on the same band and mode replace older spots. I used to have the application showing mostly on the second monitor. When I brought up dx4win, i do believe that it would return to the previous setup , that is using the second monitor. The second monitor works fine. Other applications open on the second monitor, but the dx4win always comes up on the primary monitor, even if properly closed down while on the second monitor.
