The search in State field as described looks useful; but I think there is a problem; and a solution !!!
If I do F8; then "!*" in State field; it shows blank records OK, but not only states, but the whole world !! So this command is not mapped to USA Solution: do F8; Set the Country to "W"; and then set the State Field to "!*" Don't mean to be pedantic; I just worked out the answer - point it out for others! When using F8, you can now enter "*" (without the quotes) in the state field to search for any QSO where the state field is filled in, or "!*" to search for any QSO where the state field is empty. This search string worked in other fields, but it was previously missing for the state. Of course searching the state field can be used in combination with any other field. 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C, 7 Charlemont Court, North Chelmsford, MA 01863 USA +978-251-9933, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, http://www.ad1c.us _______________________________________________ Dx4win mailing list Dx4win@mailman.qth.net http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win
