I guess I wasn't very clear about the problem.  The serial number is part of 
the RST in EQF.  Eqf isn't putting it into the IOTA field and DX4WIN is only 
showing it in the error message in he Notes field.  The error message refers 
to it as an IOTA reference.  The log entry in DX4WIN is OK except for the 
notes.  I guess the fix is to manually edit the notes.

One of the locals says that is also what I'll have to do to enter the ARRL 
checked status in the QSO window.
