Go to "Preferences|Personal" and click on the "User Level" window. Also see pages 14, 19, 24 and 37 of the "DX4WIN User's Guide" as well as the references to those pages in the index under "User Level". My page numbers might be off by a bit depending on which version of the manual you have. You have printed a copy of the users guide, right? It came with the Dx4win software: "userguide.pdf".......
