Mark, I don't think you had any reply.

What I had done for a local ham friend that didn't have a contest log,
was he would send me an ADIF file of his contest log from DX4WIN and I
would import it into WriteLog, produce a cabrillo file and email it back
to him to submit.
He now has WriteLog himself, which is a much better idea but it filled
the gap for a while.
So if you have someone who can do that for you that is one way about it.
