1. In qso window
    Filter>Selection
   Add new Specify a date range
   Don't forget to press the update button.
2. File>preferences>station you can check the bands you use in general.
   This will update the iota window.
   The problem is if you use the 3cm band and you are an iota chaser also 
(hi!)
