[Dx4win] Conversion from Writelog to DX4WIN

Folks:
Anyone know of a conversion program to convert a Field Day log in 
Writelog to DX4WIN.  I've tried the wl2dx4win ver 2.12 converter and it 
will not convert the ARRL sections to states.  Any ideas?
