Here's a piece of software that may be helpful. It allows 2 programs to access 1 GPS by creating multiple virtual ports connected to a single COM port. It's the same as what you are trying to do with Radio software.
http://franson.com/gpsgate/ I would think it would work. DX4Win polls, I believe HRD can be configured not to. Under these circumstances, HRD will pick up the data resulting from the DX4Win polls...
