You can submit for dxcc with the help of dx4win.
I hope you have this info.
When you have the submission you can save it with right click like a csv 
file.
You can open csv files with excel but use this way...
rename the dxcc.csv to dxcc.txt (open it with notebook and save as like 
dxcc.txt or any other way)
In excel open>choose txt files and choose to separate fields with comma
then you will have a perfect excel file to work separated in cells, etc.
Don't forget to save the file like an excel file after you work it.
