Mark, That is not the correct way to import QSLs from LotW. Do not make a separate DX4Win Log. Rather, import the ADIF file that you get from LotW directly into your log, being sure to set the import "Options for duplicate QSOs" to "Imported QSO Sets Upload Confirmed Flag".
