Hi Dick, I have only seen YT8 and YU8 prefixes used from Kosovo.
I assure you, when it's added to the DXCC list, it will be added to DX4WIN in short order. I already have the entries sitting off to the side. The next release of the contest country files will include YU8 as a special "CQ only" prefix, the same as IT9, TA1 etc. For DXCC purposes, YT8 and YU8 still count only as Serbia. There is no way to know just by the callsign.
