I've done the same thing as Larry, but that has not solved the intermitant problem of Help working.
When Help->Contents doesn't work, I get a dialog box stating: Could not get help contents. Error = 0 Msg = The operation completed successfully When Help->Contents doesn't work, neither does Help->Search for help on; nothing happens. Sometimes Help works, sometimes it doesn't.....
