Hi again Alain. When I did my initial test I didn't use the F8 and the QSL date field, I set up a filter with the Selection Editor with a date range. I have since tried doing a F8 search using a QSL date without success. Talking with John ZL1BYZ we think the count/matches resulting from the search are all the QSLs in the log from the search date. If I search using the latest QSL/print date its correct but not using an older QSL date. Do a test F8 search of a previous QSL date, maybe a single QSL from years ago and see what your count is? Something funny is going on when we search using the QSL date, but what?
This subject may have been discussed before but I cant find it. I filter (F8) QSO with QSL Date field = 01/10/2008, I set print flags to Y and I print the labels. The QSL Date field become 05/11/2008. It's OK. When I use a filter (F8) with QSL Date field = 05/11/2008 I can find these QSO. It's OK. But, very strange, when I filter (F8) with QSL Date field = 01/10/2008 I find these QSO too. It's like if Dx4Win save all the dates when labels was printed even if only one date (of course) is in the QSL Date field (I test it with three differents dates). Anybody can reproduce that or it's only in my log ? 73 Alain, F5LIW REF 41548 - 10-X # 50408 Grid : JN27oe
