I agree with you Mel, that it is excellent that changes in
Notes for this call update all. I use the ctrl E and add
several lines for those stations that have been working with
several operators and at different QTHs. As you I often
indicat several operators as multi. It is not possible to
use ctrl E in the Name and QTH field.

However, now when there is a new possibility with the Name
and QTH fields i think it would be nice if those could stay
with the QSO and the latest ones will be sugested in those
fields. If I got a QSL card and add the information from
that I suggest that all contacts with that station with
empty fields after that time wil be filled with the
information added. If there is any informetion in any of
these two fields in contacts made after the time you have
got confirmed by a QSL it should not be overwritten. The
program should not change any field prior to the one added.
You could then use the Notes for this call field to
summarize all changes for the station. So every time you
have contact with the station you can see the history in
that field. I hope this make some sence
