Jim, Yes, I got it fixed thanks to Tom, W4KX. Here is what he sent me:
The problem is with the rig file (X4), which includes an errant command to <NORM> the vfo whenever VFO B is selected (you can see this yourself when you double click on a spot and the display will briefly show <NORM>). The current commands sent to the rig under a "Select VFO B" is invoked are "K31;SWH58;SWT13;SWT13;K30;" It's the SWH58 command that norms the radio. So, just change the rig file for "Select VFO B" to: K31;SWT13;SWT13;K30; and you will be all set! All I did modify the X4 righ file by deleting the one command SWH58 as he suggested. Works fine now. Some people may want to norm their filters when they go into split. Not me. I like keeping my filter settings for both RXs the same.
