Hello ! I use DX4WIN v 7.07. Also has found out that it not correctly defines the country for the Russian stations with fraction.
For example: UA0BA/3 - DX4WIN defines AsRus actually should be EuRus As should be if: UA0BA/1 - Eu Rus UA0BA/2 - Kaliningrad (UA2) UA0BA/3 - Eu Rus UA0BA/6 - Eu Rus UA0BA/8 - As Rus UA0BA/9 - As Rus UA0BA/0 - As Rus or: UA3AA/1 - Eu Rus UA3AA/2 - Kaliningrad (UA2) UA3AA/3 - Eu Rus UA3AA/4 - Eu Rus UA3AA/6 - Eu Rus UA3AA/8 - As Rus UA3AA/9 - As Rus UA3AA/0 - As Rus Whether it is considered in the new version of the program DX4WIN v 8?
