Hello
DX4Win will do all the statistics very easily.
You just need to tell the program to only consider the LoTW confirmed 
contacts in the report generator / award flags.
The procedure to upload the new QSOs to LoTW, and import the new 
confirmations is not automatic, but still very simple. I do it in a few 
minutes at the end of every month...
Unless you want to submit to DXCC several times a year, I do not see the 
need to do all this too often !
