1. This is normal for DX4Win. Only open the RTTY window when you are using it.
2. You do not want to "Maximize" it you want to "Restore" it, but computer semantics aside, this works fine here so I'm not sure what's amiss Karl. 3. Known issue apparently without resolution. Paul purchased a run-time package to do the skinning only to find it was buggy and the vendor unresponsive to issues.
