Along with the update to the country file, I hope to release these
updates tonight also:
DX4WIN.TCP (DX cluster Telnet list)
DX4WIN.AWD (Award database)
DX4WIN.MAS2 (Member list - LoTW and eQSL)
I'll try to announce in such a way so that people who are using
UPDATE.BAT can get all the updates at once.
