John you are probably running the latest UPDATE.BAT but don't have UNZIP installed. Go back to the web page and read the installation instructions again. There are TWO additional programs you need to update using the latest version. I intend to improve UPDATE by checking for these two programs before it does anything, I just have not had time yet.
