It's easier than that. From the QSO window menu: eQSL | Set eQSL Upload Date Just set the date to the day you generated the ADIF file that you uploaded to eQSL. Also make sure the eQSL fields in your logbook for those same QSOs are set to 'N' (there's a menu item to do that too). This way you won't export those QSOs again. Now you have have marked all your QSOs properly. However, if you made QSOs since generating the ADIF file for eQSL, you'll need to undo the changes described above by clearing the eQSL date and setting the eQSL flag in your logbook for those new QSOs. Hopefully it's only a few.
