I have released version 4.6 of the DX4WIN Data Updater:

**** Everyone should download this release!
If you run your current updater (4.0 or later), it will prompt you to
download and install the new version. After the program exits, you
must copy (not move) DX4WUPD.EXE from the UPDATE directory to the
directory that contains DX4WIN.EXE. Then, run the DX4WIN Data Updater
again, and confirm that it reports the new version (4.6).
**** This is a one (last) time thing. When new versions of the
Updater Program (after 4.6) are released, the updater program will
download them and replace the existing Updater Program without any
user intervention! When you run it the next time, it will be the new
version.

4.6 - 8 December 2011
New: the Updater Program can now update itself in-place; there is
no longer any need to copy or move any files after an update
Fix: the DST fix caused the IOTA fulllist.xml to download every time
I tried to update the documentation to reflect the self-updating
feature of the program. I'd appreciate if a couple of people could
read it again to see if left any of the old update information behind.
Please report any program or documentation errors to me so I can fix them.
