Not sure if this is the answer you are looking for but you can use the GROUPS selection. For example I entered the 2011 CQWW CQ Contest. When I imported my contest log into DX4WIN I assigned it its own GROUP number and used EDIT GROUP NAME to name the group, in this example: 2011 CQWW CW. Then when I print labels 2011 CQWW CW will print on the label. I assign a new GROUP number and GROUP name for each contest log I import or other different than regular QSO's (example Museum ships weekend or Armed Forces Day QSO's)
In your case you could assign a different GROUP number and name for each call you have in the log and make the GROUP name something like QSO WITH N7CW on IOTA NA-999 which would be printed on the label.
