No, but this problem is similar to applying LoTW credits towards your
DXCC award.  The only way to do it is manually.  You should be able to
set the IOTA award flag to "Checked" for those QSOs.  I believe Paul
changed DX4WIN so that Checked status doesn't require any of the
Confirmed flags to be set.

You do this via Reports, then click on the Award Flags button at the
bottom, and a new window will appear.  There are three DXCC award
types you must update: DXCC Mixed, DXCC Band and DXCC Mode.  They're
all in the Award drop-down box at the top.  Do each one, one at a
time.
