There is no way to do that today from within DX4WIN.
One way would be to export all those QSOs to ADIF (if you can create a
filter for them), then run them through "ADIF to DX4WIN", specifying a
note, then import the resulting .DXQ file. See:

See the bottom of the "Supported Contests" section. When importing,
make sure that the imported QSOs will replace the existing QSOs.
NOTE that by doing this, you may lose your eQSL/LoTW/QSL sent/received
status, as well as any award flags or custom award names/values,
perhaps IOTA and other things. It's better to use this program when
importing such a log into DX4WIN the first time.
