Bill, Let me know if someone answered your question. The rig control file for the K3 must not be able to identify PSK as a mode. The workaround is to do it manually within DX4WIN. Click on Radio and then check the Ignore Mode in Real Time setting. Then you can select PSK31 in the mode field of the logging window. If anyone knows a better way, I would like to know too.
