Don´t remenber how I got it working here when I wrote the Dx4win rigfile for the flexradio but one thing I do remember is the hugh problems I had with VSPMGR............. Sure is that you need to start vspmgr every time with administrator rights Not just set it in the shortcut.
I stopped using vspmgr due to many problems with other software and windows vista/7 Solution is the device router from microham, there serial splitter (Eltima drivers) never fail(ed) but thats probably not what you are looking for.
