I wonder if anyone can help me. On JT65, signal reports are in SNR units in dB. A typical number will be in the -05 (strong) to -25 (weak) dB. DX4WIN semms to have a problem coping with such numbers, wanting only 59 or 599 format numbers.
The JT65hf software writes its JT65 ADIF log with the SNR numbers in the RST ADIF fields -- like . . . <MODE:4>JT65<RST_RCVD:3>-08<RST_SENT:3>-16 . . . and DX4WIN seems to not like the format. And when JT65 is imported into DX4WIN, the signal strength gets changed to 599. Am I missing something? Can DX4WIN properly log JT65 QSOs so that the export logs have the SNR when exported to LoTW?
