I very much doubt there will be a problem.  Rick, N2AMG is a very good 
programmer, who is responsible for the digital side of N1MM Logger.  He 
works in Visual Basic, which requires a run-time component.  Such 
components typically are carefully designed to be backward compatible, 
so that installing a later version will proceed without a hitch.  It's 
programs that substitute *earlier* versions that, typically, screw 
things up.
