I would be cautious of the following: As I understand the greater scheme of things stations, for example, using their calls under reciprocal agreements from other countries should sign, for example PJ5/N4ZZZ. Not N4ZZZ/PJ5. If you worked the station signing N4ZZZ/PJ5, and then you entered it into your log as PJ5/N4ZZZ there will be no match in LoTW.
