I just click on the e-QSL tab, then Click on Export to e-QSL, choose a folder 
where you want to save it, name it and you will have created an ADIF file which 
you can upload to CL.

That is assuming that the eQSL box on the log entry window is set to Y for each 
QSO you want to upload.
